Mr. James E. Stirgus, Jr. Chairman of the District’s Mississippi Small Business Assistance Loan (MSBALP) Review Board, announced the approval of a loan to Fast Fill #4, LLC for $250,000 of a $750,000 project under the Mississippi Small Business Assistance Loan Fund (MSBALP). This business will use the loan proceeds to partially finance the acquisition of a convenience store and a Shell Gas Station in Ridgeland, Mississippi, and will create approximately two (2) new jobs in the private sector.
The Mississippi Development Authority administers this program whose purpose is to provide financial assistance to small businesses that foster economic development through the creation of new jobs. Loans are now available for terms up to fifteen (15) year at an annual interest rates as low as 4.75%. Interested persons should contact T.
