The Central Mississippi Planning and Development District (CMPDD), on behalf of Southcentral Mississippi Works (SCMW), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to deliver Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services for Program Year 2026 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027). Services include WIN Job Center Operator Services, Adult and Dislocated Worker Career and Training Services, and Youth Workforce Development Services. Proposals should emphasize technical skills training, work-based learning, and career pathways aligned with in-demand industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, energy, and information technology.

This RFP is soliciting services exclusively for the following counties: Warren, Hinds, Rankin, Claiborne, Copiah, Simpson, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin, Lincoln, and Lawrence.

Eligible applicants include public agencies, nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, and collaborations thereof. Contracts will be awarded on a cost-reimbursement basis and may be renewed annually for up to three additional program years based on performance and funding availability.

The RFP was released on February 23, 2026. A virtual Bidders’ Conference will be held on March 3, 2026, at 1:30 PM. Proposals are due by March 24, 2026. Interested organizations are encouraged to review all materials carefully and submit questions by the posted deadline.
